Core and flexibility training make up a large component of the work I do.

I make these sessions as fun and dynamic as possible, using techniques you may not equate to core training. Some of the equipment used will be Swiss balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, barbells, free weights as well as the obligatory floor work.

Level 4 Lower Back Pain certificate is in progress. This will allow me to work specifically with those individuals with lower back pain.
