Are you worried about exercising during your pregnancy or are you unsure about when to start after you've given birth ?

I can help and advise you by giving you information on the benefits and risks of exercise as well as clear and reliable nutritional advice. We can train using safe and effective exercises in your own home, outdoors or even in a private PT studio. A few of the benefits of exercise are that:

•  It may reduce time spent in labour and lead to faster recovery after the birth
•  It can help prevent excessive weight gain
•  It will help to reduce incidence of back pain and help to maintain healthy and correct posture
