I offer 1:1 personal training in your home, outdoors or private studio.

Why not train in your own home ? No need for expensive equipment; you would be surprised what you can do with what you already have - if I think we need to supplement this then I will bring my own kit with me.

How about training outdoors ? You can't beat training outside. This is such a fun way to train. Using minimal equipment, the surroundings for example benches, bicycle racks and each other, you will leave smiling but exhausted.

Want to train in a gym but don't want to wait for equipment ? I use a private PT studio, equipped with free weights and CV equipment - so no distractions, no queues.

Whichever environment you choose your training will always be:
